Industrial Engineer

The industrial engineer role is primarily responsible for the layout of new facilities as well as the optimization of current processes and operational layouts of existing facilities. Automotive and non-automotive experience preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Time studies and optimizations
  • Assisting in the bidding process
  • New facility layouts
  • Customer presentations

Minimum Skills: Bachelor of Science in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ideal Skills: Bachelor of Science in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma, and kanban principles. Proficient with AutoCad, Excel, and time study software.

Logistics Analyst

The Logistics Analyst will maintain and process data for the logistics portion of customer- specific proposals and/or design initiatives. Analyzing various sources of information to establish route designs and/or best modes of transportation will also be a priority. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Meeting corporate and customer objectives with the purpose of maintaining and increasing business levels
  • Provide technical operation support to customers, suppliers, and managers
  • Execute planning techniques for logistics based projects
  • Design the most efficient routes for the movement of logistics-based business

Minimum Skills: Analytical skills with the ability to function as a member of a team, strong communications skills, initiative and leadership skills, knowledge of Excel, Access and Logistics software a plus.

Ideal Skills: Industry experience, BS/BA Logistics or business related degree, Strong working knowledge of Excel and Access. Very strong communication skills.

Pricing Analyst

This position involves the maintenance and processing of data for the pricing portion of Customer-Specific proposals as well as the analysis of information to establish costing responses to customer requests for bids and/or amended contracts.

As a Pricing Analyst, job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Meeting corporate and customer objectives
  • Maintaining and increasing business levels
  • Interacting with customers, CEO, suppliers and/or field managers
  • Handling billing functions for customer specific projects
  • Providing problem solving assistance in resolving discrepancies as well as applying corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Undertaking additional projects or activities as assigned by the manager, program costing, CEO of Business Development & Systems and/or key customers.

Minimum Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated trained initiative and leadership skills, the ability to work as part of a team and the desire and ability to learn at an accelerated pace and make an immediate contribution to the organization.

Ideal Skills: Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Production/Operations or related business degree (all majors are encouraged apply). A stable employment history, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, independent decision-making and a commitment to quality customer service are a must. A background in Transportation and/or Logistics is strongly desired. Industry or related experience a plus.

Supply Chain Business Development

We have Supply Chain Business Development Managers strategically located in regions throughout the country. These managers have the responsibility to develop and grow both new and existing business for us. Both travel and entertainment are required to be successful in these highly visible positions.

Requirements: Highly motivated people who are self-starters with strong communication skills. BS/BA degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or related business degree. A minimum of 5 years experience in transportation and logistics sales with a strong customer following.

Operations & Support Opportunities

Dispatcher/Driver Supervisor

Direct Drivers on the day-to-day operation of pickup and delivery responsibilities, planning their route throughout the day. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Minimum Skills: BA/BS all majors, in particular Management or Logistics degree and/or industry experience a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Leadership abilities to be utilized to motivate and direct drivers.

Ideal Skills: BA/BS Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related business degree. Strong problem solving skills, ability to function in face paced environment, excellent communications skills.

OTR/Local Driver

The driver position is primarily associated with safely driving a commercial motor vehicle and requires compliance with safety & DOT regulations. Continued training, adherence to company policies, and striving to provide impeccable customer service is a must.

Materials Liaison

Position is designed to monitor and facilitate the flow of automotive material into automotive assembly plants in coordination with JIT (Just-in-Time) procedures.

Shuttle Operations/Yard Driver

The shuttle driver position is primarily associated with safely driving a commercial motor vehicle and requires compliance with safety & DOT regulations. Continued training, adherence to company policies, and striving to provide impeccable customer service is a must.

Ideal Skills: BA/BS Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related business degree. Excellent communications skills. Supervisory experience. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with a high attention to detail.
